Height adjustable to suit different lens; 1/4" screw quick release plate with non-slip rubber; horizontally moveable.
There are 1/4inch & 3/8inch thread on the bottom for mount on tripod/photography head directly.
The vertical board can be adjusted up and down to let you find the best position.
The bottom of the long board is designed with hollow weight reduction, here is soft plastic in the middle of the pulley to avoid damage caused by friction between the lens and the bracket.
