Note:
1. Prepare a pot of warm water, and add some coarse salt in it. Put your feet in it, wash and wait for at least 10 minites.
2. Wipe dry, take out the feet file, rasp the rough place of you sole and heel. And there will be white crumbs falling off, it is your dead skin.
3. Wash your feet by clean water. After washing, put on foot cream, and then put on foot covers or wrap in PVC wrap. After 15 minutes take it off.
