How to use:
Make sure your skin area is thoroughly clean, dry and free of moisturizers, etc.
Place the silicone pad on the chest area for at least one hour a day or overnight.
When finished, remove the silicone pad slowly in an upward motion.
Wash the pad using mild soap.
