Operating steps: 1. After the aluminum balloon is inflated, tie the long balloon to the bottom. 2. Inflate the latex balloon and tie the knots together. 3. Two pairs of balloons are intertwined to make a four-petal flower. 4. Knot the bottom with a long balloon and a four-flowered balloon. 5. Fix the aluminum balloon to the latex balloon with a dot glue and assemble it. Note: The extra 4 latex balloons are spare balloons.
