- Second, when swiping your card, there is no reaction, please try to swipe card in another USB interface.
- Third, when swiping your card, if the cursor is not flashing at the card "Please enter the card number" position, there will be no reaction, Please click the input box, after the cursor start flashing, then swipe the credit card.
- Unplug the card reader, re-connected to the host, plug it into another USB interface, or restart the computer, these methods may solve possible problems.
