To fix the problem: The plastic bushes found on the manifold bar begin to fracture due to thermal stress.
This eventually causes the rod to begin popping off hampering engine performance and running smoothness.
These replacement bushes that we designed can be a straight substitute for the weak plastic bushes found on the original manifold.
Simply chip the plastic bushes off the bar and screw our machined bushes on.
No drilling or modifications required to the existing bar.
