2-in-1 function: Can be used as a water overflow alarm and a water shortage alarm. The defaut is a water overflow alarm, when water emerge the floater, it will alarm. If you want it to be a water shortage alarm, you just need to install the floater upside down.
Battery operated, powered by 9V battery (not included).
