How to Use:
- Trim, clean and apply a base coat of polish to the fingernails (if desired) and let dry

- Dip into lukewarm water for about 10-20 seconds and remove with tweezers
- Gently place the decal on the nail, and smooth into place over the whole nail
- Dab up any excess water with a tissue and allow to dry
- Cover with clear topcoat to seal the decal & allow to dry
