How To Use:
1. Apply a layer of base nail oil to your nails before applying your favorite nail polish as the base color.
2. After the nail polish is 80% dry, remove the nail sticker decals slowly with tweezers and stick it on the nail.
3. After the nail polish is completely dry, then apply a layer of bright and transparent nail oil.
